REFUND POLICY

ANSI products may be purchased either online through an independent distributor's website or by contacting ANSI by phone at 888-777-1223.

ANSI accepts Visa,  MasterCard, Discover and AMEX as forms of payment for all product purchases. We also accept money orders and personal checks. Personal checks require seven days to clear.

Refunds are only given if the 21 day eligibility requirement is met and if the refund is requested. To request a refund, you must send an email to support@XtremeShock.com including your Xtreme Shock username or ID number.
